Chromosomal or chromosomal fragments that can not be incorporated into the nucleus during mitosis remain in the cytoplasm in the form of micronuclei, which induce micronuclei and demonstrate the in vitro exposure of blood cells. There is a good dose-response relationship between micronuclei and dose. Using the method of Fenech and M? Rley to block cytokinesis by Cyt-B, normal lymphocytes were studied at low dose rate (LDR) and high dose rate (HDR) gamma rays as well as low dose Rate of ~ (252) Cf induced PHA (phytohemagglutinin) stimulated and non-PHA-stimulated lymphocytes micronucleus rate.
