最近,国家计委投资司邀请北京、上海、广东、江苏、山东、厦门、沈阳、长春等15个省、市、区及计划单列市计委(计经委)有关方面负责同志座谈发展房地产业问题。 大家认为,近几年我国的房地产业发展很快,对于实现城市总体规划,推行住宅商品化以及为城市基础设施建设筹集资金等发挥了积极作用。但是,目前房地产开发建设也确实存在一些问题。这些问题归纳起来主要有以下几个方面:
Recently, the State Development Planning Commission Investment Department invited 15 provinces, cities and autonomous regions including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Xiamen, Shenyang and Changchun and relevant departments of the Planning Commission (Planning and Economic Commission) of the cities specifically designated in the state planning to hold talks with them on the development of the real estate industry . In our opinion, in recent years, China’s real estate industry has developed rapidly, which has played an active role in realizing the city’s overall planning, promoting residential commercialization and raising funds for urban infrastructure construction. However, there are indeed some problems in the real estate development and construction. These questions can be summed up in the following aspects:
