目的:探讨归脾汤联合妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年8月—2015年8月的88例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用妈富隆治疗,观察组采用归脾汤联合妈富隆治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.91%,对照组的总有效率为72.73%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用归脾汤联合妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有显著的疗效,且标本兼治。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guipi Decoction combined with Marvelon in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 88 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with Marvelon, the observation group was treated with Guipi Decoction combined with Marvelon Treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate was 90.91% in the observation group and 72.73% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Guipi Decoction combined with Marvelon treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a significant effect, and treat both symptoms and symptoms.
