目的:探讨眩晕定颗粒对家兔气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕模型的脑干听觉诱发电位的影响。方法:建立实验性气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕家兔模型,以西比灵为西药对照药,眩晕宁为中药对照药,并与眩晕定方汤剂进行比较,观察眩晕定颗粒干预前后脑干听觉诱发电位波峰潜伏期(PL)及峰间潜伏期(IPL)的改变情况。结果:眩晕定颗粒作用于气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕动物模型后,其波峰潜伏期Ⅴ波为(5.08±0.18)ms,峰间潜伏期Ⅰ-Ⅴ波为(3.85±0.19)ms,与模型组比较潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01);眩晕定颗粒、眩晕定汤剂、西比灵各组潜伏期Ⅴ波比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:眩晕定颗粒可改善脑干听觉诱发电位波峰及峰间潜伏期。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dizengding granule on brainstem auditory evoked potentials of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo model in rabbits with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. Methods: The model of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in rabbits with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome was established. Xibeiling was taken as the western medicine and dizzy rather as the traditional Chinese medicine control. Compared with Dizziness Decoction, Brainstem auditory evoked potential peak latency (PL) and peak latency (IPL) changes. Results: After treated with DZD, the peak wave Ⅴ wave was (5.08 ± 0.18) ms and the peak wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave was (3.85 ± 0.19) ms, Compared with the model group, the incubation period was significantly shorter (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the Ⅴ wave latency between DZD, DZD, and Sibelium in each group. Conclusion: DZD can improve the peak and peak latency of auditory evoked potential of brainstem.
