带状疱疹引起的眼部并发症常见于角膜炎、表层巩膜炎、虹膜睫状体炎、眼外肌麻痹、继发青光眼,而并发急性视网膜坏死者临床较为少见。笔者经治1例,现报导如下。王×,女,45岁。患者于10天前因右额部及右上睑部皮肤剧痛伴簇状分布小疱疹经某院诊断为带状疱疹并行有关药物治疗。经治15天。右额部及上睑局部疼痛减轻,但自觉右眼球红痛,伴视物模糊,视力下降,故就诊于我院。经检查,右眼视力0.1,左眼视
