笔者自1984年11月～1992年10月经手术确诊的鼻息肉520例。男366例,女154例。最小8岁,最大71岁,以16～25岁居多共212人,占40.77%。病程以2～5年最多共164例,占31.54%。双侧鼻息肉共342例,发生部位在筛窦中鼻甲、钩突等处者共332例,前后鼻孔息肉128例,单纯后鼻孔息肉48例,鼻中隔前下方出血型息肉12例。418例鼻窦瓦特氏位片显示
