我厂有四型号为K—1—75m~2烧结机,自1966年投产以来,主机与台车滑道密封和润滑是采用苏联设计的DGZ—500型干油站自动润滑系统。由于线路复杂、设备笨重、终端压力阀设在机尾粉尘多的地方、管网洩漏严重、维修不便等原因,此系统在烧结机投产不久就停止使用。近20年来一直采用手工操作。随着我厂设备的不断改造革新,产量大幅度上升,解决烧结台车与滑道密封问题势在必行。为此,从1983年开始进行改造,于1985年1月正式投入使用。其特点是:1.工作油泵运转、电磁阀的开闭、油路换相,均根据烧结机的开停进行;2.工作油泵三台,№1泵向1~#、2~#烧结机供油;№2泵向3~#、4~#烧结机供
