多西河铁矿公司(以下简称CVRD—译注)在过去的17年球团生产期间,该公司经历了由球团发展期转入萧条期的艰堆过程。它所采取的对策是降低成本改善产品质量的均匀性以及用国内能源代替进口能源等。这就导致对原料选择、改变工艺控制和人员培训的重要改进。本文叙述了CVRD在此期间的经验。
During the past 17 years of pellet production, the company has undergone a daunting period from the pellet development period to the depression period. The countermeasure it takes is to reduce costs, improve the uniformity of product quality, and replace domestic energy with imported energy. This leads to important improvements in material selection, process control and personnel training. This article describes CVRD's experience during this period.
