雷公藤是传统的中药制剂，由于其明显确切的抗炎、免疫抑制和抗生育等多种药理效应，已引起越来越广泛的关注。本文对雷公藤各种药理作用的机理及其临床上的多种应用进行了讨论。
Tripterygium wilfordii is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, which has attracted more and more extensive attention due to its clear and specific anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive and anti-fertility effects. In this paper, the mechanism of various pharmacological effects of Tripterygium wilfordii and its various clinical applications are discussed.
