作者将18~20g无品系小鼠分成4组,腹内感染经18小时孵育的绿脓杆菌细胞10亿个(该菌株分离自烧伤患者,对0.5mg/ml艮他霉素敏感)。感染后30~40分钟进行治疗,其中三组分别肌注艮他霉素15、20、50mg/kg,注射液体积为0.3ml,第4组肌注0.3ml生理盐水,作为对照。3~3.5小时后用生理盐水冲洗腹腔,用腹腔冲洗液制作细菌细胞超薄切片,用电镜观察。同时研究了1~2MIIK(最大耐受浓度)的艮他霉素在体外对同一株绿脓杆菌5小时培养物的作用,经3小时孵育后,同样制作超薄切片。
