以尿素-甲醛预聚物为壁材,取复配好的阿维菌素与甲氰菊酯乳油,采用原位聚合法制备阿维.甲氰微胶囊。并按此合成方法进一步研究工艺条件(pH值及催化剂,酸化时间,固化温度,固化时间,内容比率,搅拌时间,搅拌速度等)对制备微胶囊的影响,从而选择最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:NH4Cl做酸性催化剂,终点pH值为2,酸化时间为3h,固化温度为60~70℃,固化时间为1~2h,W囊壁/W囊芯为0.8~1.0,搅拌时间约8min适宜,搅拌速度为7档较佳。
Taking urea-formaldehyde prepolymer as wall material, avermectin and fenpropathrin EC were prepared and the in-situ polymerization method was used to prepare Avicel microcapsules. According to this synthesis method, the effects of process conditions (pH value, catalyst, acidification time, curing temperature, curing time, content ratio, stirring time and stirring speed) on the preparation of microcapsules were further investigated to select the optimal process conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions were: NH4Cl as acid catalyst, pH value of 2, acidification time of 3h, curing temperature of 60 ~ 70 ℃, curing time of 1 ~ 2h, W capsule wall / W core 0.8 ~ 1.0, stirring time is about 8min, stirring speed is better than 7th gear.
