石油七厂保修车间铆工班工人陈绍棠同志,以大胆革新创造的精神,提出用海水电焊机来代替一般所用的电焊机,这个合理化建议立即得到了车间的的采纳和支持。电焊工人李季堂和我配合电气工人做了几次实际试验,证明效果良好,并且可以保证安全。在石油七厂的扩建工程中,须要用大批的电焊机,购买一般的电焊机价格很贵,并且也买不到。采用这种海水电焊机自己就可制造,并且安装费用极省,为国家节省了大量资金。这种海水电焊机的构造很简单,如下国所示。用53加仑汽油桶盛海水,外加一木桶,将正电电源接在大桶皮上,用螺丝把住,将负电电源直接接在要焊的工作物上。桶内的三角紫铜板是接电把线用的,其宽150毫米,高250毫米,厚1/4时较合适,它的用途主
