微焦点射线照相技术在无损检测领域用途日益增加,其主要原因之一在于能提高射线照相的可检测性。但是,大多数情况下,这种可检测性的提高只停留在主观和定性方面。本文从量上涉及到了可检测性问题。借助“等效像质计灵敏度(EPS)”指数,对不同焦点尺寸和放大系数下得到的射线照相底片进行了分析,并将实验得到的结果与理论值进行了比较。作为最后的结果,不同操作规范下得到的可检测性曲线可用于不同的选择,即可选择焦点尺寸、放大系数和衬度等。采用微焦点技术可以作为射线照相检测的改进措施之一。
One of the main reasons for the increasing use of microfocal radiography in non-destructive testing is that it improves the detectability of radiographs. However, in most cases, this increase in detectability only stays subjective and qualitative. In this paper, the issue of detectability is involved. With the “Equivalent Sensitivity (EPS)” index, the radiographic films obtained under different focal spot sizes and magnification factors were analyzed and the experimental results were compared with the theoretical values. As a final result, the testability curves obtained under different operating specifications can be used for different options, ie focus size, magnification factor and contrast. The use of micro-focus technology can be used as one of the improvements in radiographic testing.
