目的对比分析经典Macdonald宫颈环扎术与U形加固宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的疗效。方法回顾分析2010年1月-2015年7月该院收治的83例宫颈机能不全孕妇的临床资料,根据手术方式分为观察组(43例)与对照组(40例),观察组患者接受经典Macdonald宫颈环扎术治疗,对照组患者接受U形加固宫颈环扎术治疗。治疗结束后,所有孕妇均接受随访,直至妊娠结束。结果 1两组孕妇晚期流产率、早产率、足月分娩率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2两组产妇分娩方式相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3两组新生儿窒息发生率、新生儿住院率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的疗效确切,经典Macdonald宫颈环扎术与U形加固宫颈环扎术的疗效相当。
Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of classic Macdonald cervical cerclage and U-shaped cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical incompetence. Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of cervical dysplasia in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The observation group (43 cases) and the control group (40 cases) were divided according to the operation method. The patients in the observation group received classic Macdonald cervical cerclage treatment, control group received U-shaped cervical cerclage treatment. After treatment, all pregnant women were followed up until the end of pregnancy. Results 1 There was no significant difference in late abortion rate, preterm birth rate and full-term labor rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the mode of delivery between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hospitalization between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Cervical cerclage is effective in treating cervical incompetence. The results of classic Macdonald cervical cerclage and U-shaped cervical cerclage are similar.
