目的:探讨脑脉舒康胶囊(NMSKC)对小鼠脑缺血模型的影响。方法:采用昆明种小鼠,分为脑脉舒康胶囊组(4.0,2.0,1.0 g·kg-1)、模型对照组、阳性药(华佗再造丸2.67 g·kg-1,尼莫地平0.02 g·kg-1)对照组,各组连续灌胃9 d,于第10天给药1 h后,快速断头法制备小鼠急性全脑缺血模型,记录小鼠的喘息次数和喘息维持时间,取小鼠脑组织测定丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸(LD)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活力。结果:脑脉舒康胶囊可以明显增加断头小鼠的呼吸次数及延长呼吸持续时间,并可降低MDA和LD含量,提高SOD和LDH的活力。结论:脑脉舒康胶囊对小鼠脑缺血机体有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Naomaikukang capsule (NMSKC) on cerebral ischemia model in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: model group (4.0,2.0,1.0 g · kg-1), model group, positive control group (2.67 g · kg-1) and nimodipine 0.02 g · kg ~ (-1)). The rats in each group were given gavage for 9 days continuously. On the tenth day after administration for 1 h, the model of acute global cerebral ischemia in mice was made by rapid decapitation. The number of wheezing and wheezing in mice Maintenance time, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and lactate (LD) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the brain of mice were measured. Results: Naomaikukang capsule can significantly increase the number of respiration in the decapitated mice and prolong the duration of respiration. It can also reduce the content of MDA and LD and increase the activity of SOD and LDH. Conclusion: Naomai Shukang capsule can protect mice from cerebral ischemia.
