在人民代表大会的激烈的政治讨论中,在俄罗斯联邦最高苏维埃会议和政府会议“面对面的斗争”中,社会上的大多数群众对生活所提出的种种问题还是没有答案。所以,我想把问题弄清楚,如果不是全部问题的话,那也是其中的一部分。 十年后的俄罗斯工业和经济将是什么样呢?作为一个在工业部门工作了一辈子的俄罗斯公民的我以及我的许多同仁们看得见俄罗斯的未来吗?俄罗斯将是一个拥有在世界市场上有强大竞争力的、与强国相称的工业国家呢,还是一个工业停滞将继续下去的国家呢?正是工业潜力在与农业部门的相互作用中将决定二十一世纪俄罗斯的整个生活方式。
In the fierce political discussion of the People’s Congress, in the “face-to-face struggle” between the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation and the government conference, most of the people in society still have no answer to the questions raised in life. So, I want to clarify the problem. If it is not the whole problem, it is part of it. What will Russia’s industry and economy look like in 10 years time? As a Russian citizen who has spent a lifetime working in the industrial sector and I, many of my colleagues can see the future of Russia? Russia will be a place in the world market. Is there an industrial country with strong competitiveness that is commensurate with a strong country, or is it a country where industrial stagnation will continue? It is the interaction of industry potential with the agricultural sector that will determine Russia’s overall lifestyle in the 21st century.
