目的:探讨培菲康治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者的应用效果。方法:选择2014年3月-2016年3月期间我院收治的幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者60例为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用培菲康,对比两组治疗情况。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,两组的不良反应发生率为10%和13.33%。结论:培菲康治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者的应用效果显著,症状得到改善,降低了不良反应发生率,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Pefikan in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods: Sixty patients with Helicobacter pylori infection of chronic gastritis in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated routinely. On the basis of the control group Application Peifu Kang, compared two groups of treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 10% and 13.33%. Conclusion: Pefikang treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with chronic gastritis significant effect, the symptoms have been improved, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect, it is worth applying.
