吉林油田现有职工近七万人,其中干部19901人,具有高级专业技术职称968人、中级专业技术职称11470人;科级以上管理干部2834人。几年来我们高度重视干部培训,特别是科学技术干部的继续教育。九五年至今共举办各类继续教育培训班一百三十多期,培训技术干部近八千人,为吉林油田走出低谷再攀高峰做出应有的贡献。 1996年,是油田“九五”计划的第一年,也是油田原油产量攀上历史最高峰的一年。一年来,在油田管理局、局党委的正确领导下,

Over the past few years, we have attached great importance to training of cadres, especially continuing education of science and technology cadres. Since 1995, a total of more than 130 continuing education training courses have been held, nearly 8,000 technical cadres have been trained, making due contributions to the steep rise of Jilin Oilfield.
