目的：观察健脾利湿颗粒防治顺铂对化疗患者肾脏损害的作用。方法：４３例恶性肿瘤以健脾利湿颗粒联合含顺铂方案治疗。对照组４３例同方案单纯化疗。３周为１疗程，４疗程后评价肾功能及尿常规变化。结果：在 Ｂｕｎ、Ｃｒ治疗前后变化中，中药联合化疗组无显著性差异（ｔ分别为１．３０，０．２１，Ｐ＞０．０５）。单纯化疗组有非常显著性差异（ｔ分别为 ６．７３，４．９４，Ｐ＜０．０１）。对照组的尿常规异常率明显高于中药联合化疗组。结论：健脾利湿颗粒能降低消化道反应并保护肾脏。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jianpi Lishi Granules on the prevention and treatment of renal damage in patients with chemotherapy. Methods: Forty-three malignant tumors were treated with Jianpi Lishi granule combined with cisplatin. Control group, 43 cases with chemotherapy alone. 3 weeks for a course of treatment, after 4 courses of evaluation of renal function and urinary changes. Results: There was no significant difference in the changes between before and after Bun and Cr treatment (t = 1.30 and 0.21, P> 0.05). The chemotherapy group had very significant difference (t = 6.73,4.94, P <0.01). Urinary routine abnormalities in the control group were significantly higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group. Conclusion: Jianpi Lishi Granules can reduce the gastrointestinal reaction and protect the kidneys.
