2000年7月14日,干江河上游山丘区发生了日雨量大于300mm的特大暴雨,干江河官寨水文站测得仅次于“75·8”第二号洪水,洪峰流量达到6600m~3/s,是下游河道安全泄量1900m~3/s的3.5倍,在澧河罗湾进洪闸全部开启进洪的情况下,罗湾以上澧河两岸30多公里的堤防出现全部漫溢,7处决口,干江河洪水继“75·8”后第二次窜进老王坡滞洪区,造成直接经济损失15.5亿元。因此,分析该流域此次暴雨洪水,能够对该流域暴雨洪水的发生及其发展规律有更一步的了解,对防汛减灾具有十分重要的作用。
On July 14, 2000, a heavy rainstorm occurred on the upper reaches of the Qianjiang River with a rainfall of over 300mm occurred. The dry-river Guanzhai Hydrological Station was second only to the flood of No. 75.88 and its flood peak reached 6600m ~ 3 / s, which is 3.5 times of that of the downstream channel 1900m ~ 3 / s. In the case that all flood gates of Lohe Bay floodgate have been opened for flood, embankments of more than 30 km on both sides of Bahe Bay over Lo Wan are fully flooded , Seven abortion, dry river flood following “75.8” after the second ran into Lao Wangpo detention area, resulting in direct economic loss of 1.55 billion yuan. Therefore, the analysis of the storm flood in this drainage basin can get a better understanding of the occurrence and development of storm floods in the basin and play a very important role in flood control and disaster reduction.
