CO_2气体保护焊具有生产效率高、成本低、焊接薄板变形小等优点,已应用于焊接金属构件、堆焊磨耗零件等方面。我厂已在蒸汽机车动轮轴箱圆弧部、轮轴孔、中变速箱偶合器叶片等处采用CO_2气体保护焊。下面介绍机车动轮轴箱圆弧部用CO_2气体保护自动堆焊的情况。蒸汽机车厂修时,动轮轴箱的轴瓦嵌入孔半径经常需要用电弧堆焊修复。由于堆焊面积较大(见图1),孔径为280毫米、孔深为336毫米,用手工电弧堆焊效率低,劳动条件差。采用裸体焊丝
CO_2 gas shielded welding has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, small deformation of the welded sheet, has been used in welding metal components, surfacing wear parts and so on. Our factory has been in the steam locomotive axle box circular arc, axle hole, the gearbox coupling blades and other places using CO_2 gas shielded welding. The following describes the locomotive wheel axle arc with CO_2 gas protection automatic welding situation. Steam locomotive factory repair, moving axle box bearing bush radius often need to repair arc welding. Due to the larger welding area (see Figure 1), the hole diameter is 280 mm and the hole depth is 336 mm. The welding by manual arc welding is inefficient and has poor working conditions. Nude welding wire
