志愿者是公共图书馆可利用的重要资源与宝贵财富,具有无可替代的积极作用。图书馆应对其进行有效组织、管理和充分激励。由于志愿者的特殊性,公共图书馆志愿者管理与激励具有很大的挑战性,也存在着不少的问题。管理和激励图书馆志愿者的工作应落到实处,可成立专门的组织机构并根据形势的需要不断完善管理制度、建立有效的招募和培训机制、深入开发多层次的项目,完善激励机制和建立人才资源库。
Volunteers are an important resource and valuable asset available to public libraries and have an irreplaceable and positive effect. Libraries should organize, manage and fully motivate them. Due to the particularity of volunteers, the management and encouragement of public library volunteers are very challenging. There are also many problems. The management and encouragement of library volunteers should be done in a down-to-earth manner. Specialized organizations should be set up and the management system should be continuously perfected according to the needs of the situation. Effective recruitment and training mechanisms should be established to further develop multi-level projects, improve incentive mechanisms and establish Talent Resource Library.
