上海证券报2013-07-10报道:在环境税中,碳税方案早已设计完成,由于此前年份CPI高企未能如期推出,将在物价进入下降通道时,适时择机出台。根据测算,目前每耗费一顿标准煤,需要缴纳20-25元,随着治理成本提高,标准也会逐年增加。据分析,开征碳税将对煤炭、石化、火电、钢铁等碳排放大户产生不利影响,但新能源和节能环保行业将长期受益。
