第一設計院設計的“吊軌梁及开挖支撑”的西北地区通用图(图号原为壹桥0146,1964年8月修改为壹桥0159),自应用以来,已有二年多的时間。对于施工部門来說,这份图用处很大。特别是在支援农业的工点,在既有綫上設置小桥涵,即可在不封閉綫路的情况下进行施工。实践証明,这种施工方法是比较好的方法。在一年多的应用过程中,我們曾发現有盲目搬用这个通用图的现象。以致在高路堤、松軟地基、沼泽地带施工时,未經結合地质情况,詳細检算有无基底凸出可能,即指定使用这份通用图。这是不够妥当的。为此,
