2011年10月在湄公河流域发生的中国船员遭劫持并被杀害的事件,因涉案的犯罪团伙在金三角区域,因而单靠某国政府力量很难将其抓获;其后中国、老挝、缅甸、泰国四国警方进行了侦查合作,并最终破获此案。在这一过程中可以看出侦查合作的必要性以及目前的一些缺陷,因而有必要从法律上完善我国与他国侦查合作的制度。
In October 2011, the crew of China’s crew members were hijacked and killed in the Mekong River basin. As the criminal gangs involved in the Golden Triangle area were hard pressed to capture by a single government, China, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand The police carried out investigation and cooperation and eventually cracked the case. In this process, we can see the necessity of investigation cooperation as well as some shortcomings at present. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the system of investigation cooperation between our country and other countries legally.
