用水热法制备的TiO2纳米棒与纳米颗粒P25混合制备复合晶膜电极,通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱和电池的光电性能测试,分析掺入纳米棒对染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,DSSC)性能的影响。结果表明:加入一定量的TiO2纳米棒可以改善复合薄膜对染料的吸附量和薄膜电极对光的捕获能力,提高光电输出值;在100 mW/cm2光照条件下,DSSC的光电转换效率达到4.66%。
Hydrothermally prepared TiO2 nanorods were mixed with nanoparticles P25 to prepare composite crystal film electrodes. The scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis absorption spectra and the photoelectric properties of the batteries were tested. The effects of doping with nanorods on the dye-sensitized solar cells dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The results show that the addition of a certain amount of TiO2 nanorods can improve the adsorption capacity of the composite film on the dye and the light capture ability of the film electrode, and increase the photoelectric output value. Under 100 mW / cm2 illumination, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the DSSC reaches 4.66% .
