作者报告4例有咳嗽的老年人,由胸部 X线和纤支镜检查诊断为支气管肺癌,但最后诊断为支气管内膜结核。四例患者全部有咳嗽、厌食和体重下降等。平均症状持续时间为13周。3例结核菌素试验阴性,1例硬结15mm。3例 X 线显示肺门部肿块,或肺叶实变。四例纤支镜检查可见息肉样肉芽肿、粘膜闭塞充血、管壁破坏和粘膜溃疡等改变
The authors report that four elderly people with cough were diagnosed as bronchogenic carcinoma by chest X-ray and fiberoptic bronchoscopy, but the diagnosis was bronchial endocardial tuberculosis. All four patients had cough, anorexia and weight loss. The average duration of symptoms was 13 weeks. 3 cases of tuberculin test negative, 1 case of induration 15mm. Three cases of X-ray showed hilar mass, or consolidation of the lobe. Four cases of bronchoscopy showed polypoid granuloma, mucosal occlusion congestion, wall damage and mucosal ulcers and other changes
