传统知识是一种涉及到传统文化艺术、动植物品种、传统医疗方法等诸多方面的知识体系。今天的传统知识愈益受到重视并得到了广泛利用,同时也受到越来越多的侵犯。拥有传统知识的社区、民族和国家尤其是发展中国家要求以国际法保护传统知识的呼声越来越高,我国尤有必要运用国际法手段保护本国丰富的传统知识资源。
Traditional knowledge is a knowledge system that involves many aspects such as traditional culture and art, species of animals and plants, traditional medical methods and so on. Today’s traditional knowledge is receiving more and more attention and being widely used, and it is also subjected to more and more violations. It is especially necessary for our country to apply international law to protect the rich resources of traditional knowledge in communities where communities have traditional knowledge, nations and countries, especially developing countries, are demanding more and more traditional knowledge from international law.
