批评是班主任进行思想政治教育中不可缺少的方法之一。批评学生是为了促进他们改正错误,然而,我们说话的方式往往不能让学生欣然接受,造成教育的效果与我们预期的目标相距甚远。由于高中阶段的学生人生观、价值观已初步形成,自我意识几近成熟,他们有自己的主张和观念,渴望得到别人的理解和尊重。因此,我们在批评教育学生时更要讲究方式、方法。
Criticism is one of the indispensable methods for teacher in charge of class to conduct ideological and political education. Criticizing students is to help them correct their mistakes. However, the way we speak often does not allow students to embrace them, making education far from the desired goal. Due to the high school life outlook of students, values have taken shape and self-awareness is almost mature. They have their own ideas and concepts and are eager to get the understanding and respect of others. Therefore, we must pay more attention to the ways and means when criticizing and educating students.
