本文对影响西洋参烘干速率的空气参数和西洋参主根形状进行了研究。研究结果表明,刘烘干速率影响因素依次为:干球温度(T)、西洋参主根直径(D)和空气流量(V)。初步分析了烘干空气对烘干质量的影响。建立了烘干速率与干球温度和主根直径的数学模型,为应用计算机深入探讨西洋参烘干特性,模拟、预测烘干时间和最终水分含量提供了理论基础。
In this paper, the air parameters affecting the drying rate of American ginseng and the main root shape of American ginseng were studied. The results showed that the influencing factors of Liu drying rate were: dry bulb temperature (T), diameter of main root of American ginseng (D) and air flow (V). The effect of drying air on the drying quality is analyzed preliminarily. The mathematical models of drying rate, dry bulb temperature and main root diameter were established, which provided a theoretical basis for further study on drying characteristics, simulation, prediction of drying time and final moisture content of American ginseng by using computer.
