1989年8月至1991年8月,经尿道电切治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻11例,取代了开放性的膀胱颈后唇切除术,膀胱颈Y-V成形术及姑息的尿道扩张术,术后排尿情况,尿流率及残尿测定均有满意的效果,既解除患者开放手术痛苦又防止发生术后并发症。1 临床资料本文11例临床诊断均为女性膀胱颈梗阻。年龄43～80岁,平均63岁。排尿不畅病
