本院自1990年1月至1991年12月用微波热凝术治疗尿道肉阜20例效果满意,报告如下。临床资料 1 设备采用宜兴市电子器械厂研制的MTC—2型微波手术器。频率2450 MHz,功率0～110W,有自动记时控制,脚踏式微波输出开关。 2 一般资料 20例均为女患者。年龄31～72岁,平均57岁。病程1～10年,均有不同程度的尿道异物感,行走摩擦疼痛,碰之易出血,排尿受阻。肉阜大小为0.4×0.4～1.2×2.5cnl。单发18例,多发1例,环状生长1例。他法切除后复发3例。

Duration of 1 to 10 years, have varying degrees of foreign body sensation, walking friction pain, touch easy bleeding, urination blocked. Fu size of 0.4 × 0.4 ~ 1.2 × 2.5cnl. Single-fat in 18 cases, multiple in 1 case, ring-shaped growth in 1 case. He recovered after surgery in 3 cases.
