在分析了现有系统的优缺点之后，提出了一种基于ＶｘＷｏｒｋｓ的视频监控系统的设计与实现方法。系统由远端和中心两部分组成。远端基于ＶｘＷｏｒｋｓ操作系统，在收到报警信号之后完成视频采集和压缩，接着通过通信接口将压缩数据传给中心。中心基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作系统，在接收到远端传来的压缩码流后解压缩，然后显示出来。同时，中心还能够以压缩或者原始的形式保存视频数据。目前，系统支持３种连接方式（网络、双绞线和无线）和２种图像格式（ＱＣＩＦ和ＣＩＦ）。
After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system, a method of designing and implementing video surveillance system based on VxWorks is proposed. System from the distal and center of two parts. VxWorks remote based on the operating system, after receiving the alarm signal to complete the video capture and compression, and then through the communication interface will be compressed data to the center. Based on the Windows operating system, the center decompresses and receives compressed streams from the far end and displays them. At the same time, the center can also save the video data in compressed or original form. Currently, the system supports 3 connection methods (network, twisted pair and wireless) and 2 image formats (QCIF and CIF).
