With staggered electric potential,antiferromagnetic exchange field and spin-orbit coupling,we can control the spin,valley and sublattice degrees of freedom of electrons on honeycomb lattice,and achieve a novel topological insulator with simultaneous finite charge and spin Chern numbers.
