活血化瘀治则是祖国医学治疗“血瘀症”的一种独特疗法。我们对34味中药(29味活血化瘀药,5味气药)的抗缺血缺氧作用进行了初步观察,并正在对其中效果显著的药物进行深入研究。一、对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响实验方法34味中药由本所药物室提供,为水提酒沉制剂。1毫升含生药1克。18～21克昆明种小鼠,雌雄不限。心肌营养性血流量的测定参考文献报道略有修改,取出心脏后,冲去血液,吸干表面水分,称重,计数,以对照组心肌内的放射性为100%,计算给药动物心肌内放射性增减的百分数。实验结果:小鼠腹腔注射活血化瘀药物或气药对心肌营养性血流量的影响如图1(本文图表见
