近年来对胸腺素的免疫学研究有了迅速发展,已有报道由小牛、猪、羊等胸腺中提取分离出十多种激素肽,并进行了作用机理的系统研究和临床应用。但如何鉴定这些成分的活性和建立测定活性标准方法已成为急待解决的问题。我们在摸索测定方法上作了一些研究工作,经实验确认 E—玫瑰花环形成试验测定法可靠,简便易行,适于推广应用。实验部分一.试剂:阿氏液—Alsever’s 血球保存液,无钙镁Hank’s 液,淋巴细胞分层液,戊二醛,苏木素,甲基红。二.1%绵羊红血球(SRBC)悬液及淋巴细胞悬液的制备见参考文献[1]。
In recent years, rapid progress has been made in the study of immunology of thymosin. It has been reported that more than ten hormone peptides were extracted and isolated from the thymus glands of calves, pigs, sheep, etc., and the systematic research and clinical application of the mechanism of action were carried out. However, how to identify the activity of these components and establish a standard method for measuring activity has become an urgent problem to be solved. We have done some research work on the method of groping and testing. It has been confirmed by experiments that the E-rose garland formation test method is reliable, simple, and suitable for popularization and application. Experimental part I. Reagents: Albino-Alsever’s blood cell preservation solution, calcium and magnesium free Hank’s solution, lymphocyte stratification solution, glutaraldehyde, hematoxylin, methyl red.
