Inhibitory T cells (Ts) play an important role in the development of immune response and various immune disorders, and their function is determined. It is helpful to explore the pathogenesis of these diseases and to guide the treatment. A commonly used assay is ConA-induced inhibition of cell (ConA-SC) activity assay. The traditional method has many shortcomings. We improved it and established a method for the determination of target cells by PAK562 cells. The brief report is as follows.
