我们用Warthin—Starry银染法显示石蜡切片幽门弯曲杆菌(CP),效果较好,现报告如下。慢性活动性胃炎胃粘膜活检标本之切片。醋酸盐缓冲液(pH3.6～3.8):无水醋酸钠1.64g,醋酸2.5ml,加蒸馏水至200ml。硝酸银液:硝酸银1g,醋酸盐缓冲液100ml。显影液:A液,对苯二酚3g,醋酸盐缓冲液100ml;B液,明胶5g,醋酸盐缓冲液100ml;C液,硝酸银2g,蒸馏水100ml。用前取A液3ml,加入预热的B液45ml,C液9ml,充分搅拌,置入60℃恒温箱中。切片脱蜡至水;入醋酸盐缓冲液3min;入2％硝酸银液中置60℃恒温箱中1h;不经水洗,入显影液中于60℃恒温箱中3～5min;取出切片后用60℃水冲洗两次,每次1～2min;继用
