目的 :研究神健胶囊对D 半乳糖致衰模型小鼠学习记忆能力和脂质过氧化的作用。方法 :背部皮下注射D 半乳糖 ,造成早衰模型 ,采用避暗反应测行为学指标 ,用生化法测MDA。结果 :模型组与对照组相比 ,潜伏期显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,错误积分显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,脑MDA含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :神健胶囊各剂量组均能改善D 半乳糖致衰小鼠的学习记忆功能 ,其机制可能与降低脑组织中脂质过氧化物的含量有关。
Objective: To study the effects of Shenjian Capsule on learning and memory abilities and lipid peroxidation in mice with D-galactose-induced degeneration. METHODS: D-galactose was injected subcutaneously on the back to cause the premature aging model. The behavioral indicators were measured by avoidance of darkness and MDA was measured by biochemical method. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the latency period of the model group was significantly shorter (P < 0.05), the error integral was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the brain MDA content was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion : Shenjian capsules can improve the learning and memory function of D-galactose-induced mice. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of lipid peroxide content in brain tissue.
