兰州炼油化工总厂是现代化的特大型石化企业.全厂拥有63套炼油化工生产装置,石油化工产品达340种,工艺复杂,技术先进,企业管理水平较高,多年来一直跻身于全国先进企业行列,曾多次获得国家、省、部级荣誉,是全国石化系统先进单位.兰炼在生产、基建、科研和经营管理活动中产生的科技档案,数量大、类型多.为了便于保管利用,如何划分档案类目,确定案卷内容,使其既符合文件材料的自然形成规律和内部固有联系,又能密切结合本企业实际,体现出自身的特色,是兰炼科技档案管理的一项重要基础工作.兰炼科技档案的类目划分,历经多次演变、改进,目前共分为六大类即:综合类;基建类;生产技术类;产品类;科研类;设备类.其中综合类,产品类,生产技术类案卷内容,组卷方法上都有一定特色,现分述如下:
