由山东省档案局与山东工业大学联合研制的DWH型档案文字图象恢复系统,于1990年12月27日在济南通过部级鉴定。该系统采用高灵敏度的光电转换设备,把已褪变的档案文字图象,通过可见光的反差,变成幅度不同的电位信号输入计算机,经过图象算法处理,使文字变得比原文件清晰,再打印出来,从而得到一幅字迹较清晰可长期保存的档案文件。专家们认为,该系统设备结构合理,软件设计科学,算法先进,难度高,功能齐
