美欧卡霉素(miocamycin)是麦迪霉素派生的半合成的具有macrolide结构的一种抗生素。研究认为该药对呼吸系统组织有一定亲和性,局部药物浓度高于血浆。本文介绍两组病人,对美欧卡霉素在中耳渗出液(MEF)和中耳粘膜组织中药物动力学变化进行了观察。一组18例病人,在施行鼓室成形手术前,一次量口服600mg美欧卡霉素治疗,用药后分别于2、3、4、6小时采取中耳组织标本。另一组20例病人,患分泌性中耳炎(SOM),同样一次量口服600mg美欧卡霉素治疗,用药后分别在1、2、3、4、6小时采集中耳渗
Miocamycin is a semi-synthetic mimetycin-derived antibiotic with a macrolide structure. Studies suggest that the drug has a certain affinity for respiratory system, local drug concentrations higher than plasma. This article describes two groups of patients, the United States and the United States Oukaamycin in the middle ear effusion (MEF) and middle ear mucosal tissue pharmacokinetic changes were observed. A group of 18 patients, before the implementation of tympanoplasty surgery, an oral dose of 600mg metocunciclovir treatment, respectively, after 2, 3, 4, 6 hours to take the middle ear tissue specimens. Another group of 20 patients suffering from secretory otitis media (SOM), the same amount of oral administration of 600 mg of methicillin treatment, after 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 hours were collected in the middle ear
