酯酶是一组重要的药物代谢酶,它不仅使许多药物转变成无活性的代谢产物,而且也可使多种药物前身转变成有活性的形式。本文对16例病人肝活检组织进行检测,探讨年龄与肝脏阿斯匹林水解的关系。肝活检组织均来源于无心、肝、肾疾病和未服用有影响酶活性药物的病人(男、女各8例,年龄45~88岁)。肝标本通过用冰冷缓冲液均质、离心等程序制成50μl含有后线粒体、细胞质、微粒体三种成份的磷酸盐缓冲液并与30μl新鲜制备的乙酰水杨酸液混合,用HPLC测定阿斯匹林酯酶活性。用Lowry
Esterase is an important set of drug-metabolizing enzymes that not only convert many drugs into inactive metabolites, but also transform many drug precursors into active forms.
