上海市徐汇区中心医院从2007年10月起,以“结核病健康家园”模式为结核病患者提供健康教育服务。通过半年的努力,改变了医务人员的服务理念,提高了结核病患者及家属对疾病的认知度及患者在化疗期间的复诊率及依从性,使医患关系更为融洽,现将具体做法报告如下。1结核病健康家园
The Central Hospital of Xuhui District in Shanghai has been providing health education services to tuberculosis patients in the “Healthy Homes for Tuberculosis” model since October 2007. Through half a year’s efforts, we have changed the service concept of medical personnel, raised the awareness of patients with tuberculosis and their families about the disease, and the rate of return visits and compliance of patients during chemotherapy, making the relationship between doctors and patients more harmonious. Now we will report on specific practices. as follows. 1 Tuberculosis Health Home
