目的:观察化瘀消癜汤联合利凡诺运用于瘢痕子宫中孕引产的临床效果。方法:将400例符合纳入标准的患者随机分成A、B两组,A组患者只注射利凡诺;B组患者服用化瘀消癜汤联合注射利凡诺。分析两组患者在产程、胎盘、宫缩程度等方面的区别。结果:在产程、产后出血量、胎盘残留、成功引产率等方面,B组明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀消癜汤联合利凡诺用于瘢痕子宫中孕引产效果显著,安全有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined decoction of removing blood stasis and purgation soup rivanopril on induction of labor during pregnancy of scarring uterus. Methods: 400 patients with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into A, B two groups, A group of patients only rivanol injection; B group took Huayu dimentation soup injection of rivanol. Analysis of two groups of patients in labor, placenta, contractions and other aspects of the difference. Results: In labor, postpartum hemorrhage, placental residue, successful induction of labor and other aspects, B group was significantly better than the A group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Huayu Dike Decoction with Rivaroxel is effective and safe in inducing abortion in pregnant women with uterine scar.
