构建重要战略支点是党中央对湖北的科学定位,是新时期我省科学发展、跨越式发展的总目标、总任务。人大立法,应为支点建设提供强有力的法制保障。9月25日至29日,省十一届人大常委会第三十二次会议审议并通过了《湖北省构建促进中部地区崛起重要战略支点条例》。
Building an Important Strategic Fulcrum is the Scientific Orientation of the Party Central Committee to Hubei and the Overall Task and the Overall Task of Our Province in Scientific Development and Leaping Development in the New Period. National People’s Congress Legislation should provide a strong legal guarantee for the construction of fulcrums. From September 25 to 29, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress examined and adopted the “Regulations on Establishing an Important Strategic Fulcrum for Promoting the Rise of the Central Region in Hubei Province.”
