目的探讨药监行政执法工作中正确组织调查及制作调查笔录的方法。方法结合药监行政执法中笔录制作经验,对组织调查和制作调查笔录的要求和方法进行综合概述。结果与结论组织调查和制作调查笔录的要求和方法因宏观层面上的共性,有其探讨、总结的价值;因个案情况的特殊性,还需要药监人员进行具体分析、综合判断。
Objective To explore the methods of correctly organizing the investigation and making transcripts of investigation in the administrative enforcement of drug administration. Methods Combining the experience of transcripts production in drug administration and administrative law enforcement, this paper gives a comprehensive overview of the requirements and methods of organizing investigation and making transcripts of investigation. Results and Conclusion Organizational survey and production of the transcripts of the requirements and methods of investigation due to the commonalities on a macro level have their value of exploration and conclusion. Due to the particularity of individual cases, drug supervision officers also need to carry out specific analysis and comprehensive judgment.
