孙凤英1968年出生于黑龙江省穆棱林业局,1989年毕业于牡丹江师范学校,所学专业是美术大专业。毕业后一直从事美术教育工作。2000年于哈尔滨师范大学进修,师从于石志东、尹佩等老师学习油画。为了更好地表达东北冰天雪地的美景,追随于志学老师,利用业余时间钻研冰雪绘画,并拜牡丹江书画院院长高成山为师,学习冰雪画。
Born in 1968 in Muxing Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province, Sun Fengyang graduated from Mudanjiang Normal School in 1989 and majoring in Fine Arts major. After graduation has been engaged in art education. In 2000, he studied at Harbin Normal University and under the guidance of teachers such as Shi Zhidong and Yin Pei. In order to better express the beauty of the snow and ice in northeast China, follow the teacher of Zhi Xue, study the ice and snow painting in his spare time, and worship Gao Mingshan, the dean of the Mudanjiang calligraphy and painting academy, to study the ice and snow painting.
