病历摘要患者男,45岁,因颜面、下肢浮肿一个半月于1986年6月1日入院。患者于半年前曾有颜面、下肢浮肿,在当地医院发现有“右侧胸腔积液”,诊为“胸膜炎”,经“抗痨”治疗后胸水吸收,浮肿消退。一个半月前病人又出现颜面、下肢浮肿,在外院发现心动过速(120次左右),诊断“心肌炎”,给予“极化液”治疗,十余天后发现血压降至80/60,加用“恢压敏”治疗血压不升,心率不降。后又给予“心得安、异搏定”口
Medical history Abstract Male, 45 years old, due to facial, lower extremity edema one and a half months in June 1, 1986 admission. Six months ago, the patient had face and lower extremity edema, found in the local hospital “right pleural effusion,” diagnosed as “pleurisy”, after “anti-tuberculosis” treatment of pleural effusion, edema subsided. One and a half months before the patient appeared facial, lower extremity edema, found tachycardia (120 times or so) in the outer court, diagnosis of “myocarditis”, given “Polaroid” treatment, more than ten days later found that blood pressure dropped to 80/60, plus “ Restore pressure ”treatment of blood pressure does not rise, the heart rate does not fall. After giving “peace of mind, veins set” mouth
