本文从基本理论研究入手,应用高速摄影、示波器、焊芯测温和搜集金属熔滴等多种测试技术,对国内外典型不锈钢焊条所涉及的金属熔滴过渡某些电弧物理特性做了一些探讨。论证了工艺稳定性的几个主要指标,为揭示不锈钢焊条渣系和配方设计不同时,冶金反应、金属熔滴过渡的电弧物理现象的特殊规律性提供了依据。试验表明,研制成功的高效新型渣系不锈钢焊条,其主要技术指标已达到瑞典P_5(绿)焊条水平。
This paper starts from the basic theoretical research and applies some testing techniques such as high-speed photography, oscilloscope, temperature measurement of welding core and collection of metal droplet to make some discussion on some arc physical characteristics of metal droplet transfer involved in typical stainless steel electrode . The main indexes of the process stability are demonstrated, which provides the basis for revealing the special regularity of the arc physics phenomenon of metallurgical reaction and metal droplet transfer when the design of stainless steel welding rod slag system and formulation are different. Tests show that the successful development of a new type of high efficiency slag stainless steel electrode, the main technical indicators have reached the Swedish P_5 (green) electrode level.
